I became a therapist because of my passion for mental health and desire to help others. I am an empathetic and compassionate therapist who values providing a judgment-free, safe space. My clinical experience includes working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), body dysmorphia, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
I use several evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a Mindfulness framework, and a Solutions-based approach. I believe each person is unique and therapy is most effective when tailored specifically to you. We will work together to develop the therapeutic approach that works best for you. I am here to support you, at your own pace, on your journey to healing and success.
