Katherine McAdams, LCPC

I am originally from Massachusetts, and enjoy creating all kinds of art, watching football, and hanging out with my chonky orange cat. I am passionate about mental health, and working with clients, ages 11+, as empowered partners in their care. 

I have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from UMass and a Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling with a focus on expressive arts therapy from Lesley University. I seek to meet clients where they are, with empathy, collaboration, and non judgement. I use an eclectic, strengths-based approach, incorporating the creative arts (visual art, music, movement, etc.) when appropriate, to help clients meet the goals they would like to achieve on their therapeutic journey.
