Delaney Rubenstein, LCSW-C

I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore in May of 2021. I am very energetic and enthusiastic about therapy and meeting new people. I believe in working as a team to support you in reaching your goals. I utilize many evidence based approaches when working with families and individuals including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), as well as Play Therapy. The majority of my clinical experience involves working with individuals ages seven and up. I have worked with a diverse range of individuals suffering from mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and adjustment disorders. I am happy to specialize our sessions towards your particular interests and needs. I value each person I work with and believe everyone has a story. Whether this is your first or fiftieth time seeking therapy, I look forward to learning about you to insure our time together is beneficial for you.
