With empathy and non-judgment, I partner with clients during difficult periods of life to help them navigate stuck points, gain insight, and set goals. I am committed to understanding clients’ concerns and collaborating to improve well-being. I utilize an eclectic approach including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, Existential Therapy, Gottman Method, among others. I enjoy working with adult clients, ages 18+, on a range of issues. Counseling is my second career following over a decade of experience in government and politics.
