I believe everyone has a story that deserves to be heard. Through a person centered and solutions focused lens, I aim to find what works best for you, as an individual. I want you to get out what you put in, and leave your session feeling like you gained insight into your own life. Every day is a new day to learn more about ourselves; healing from our past, taking control of our present, and having hope for the future and all it can bring.
With a concentration in Clinical Behavioral Health, I have worked as a school social worker in a Juvenile Detention Center and as a hospital social worker during the height of the pandemic. As a clinician, I look forward to helping you on your path to find whatever it is you might be searching for. I welcome clients virtually ages 10 and up.
