My experience has been with the following age groups: children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.

I will support clients through regular sessions and the applications of therapeutic interventions that work for their individual needs by collaborating in resolving and managing life milestones, school and work-based challenges, substance abuse/addiction, stress-related issues, dangerous sexual habits, and other behaviors clients wish to change or modify. Therapeutic interventions will be applied in a non-threatening, safe, peaceful, respectful, and supportive alliance to alleviate the distress a patient is experiencing. A blended technique approach will be used to meet clients’ unique needs such as identifying triggers, cognitive restructuring (CBT), anger management, relaxation/imagery training, mindfulness, communication training, and problem-solving training. Clients will be supported as they improve their mental health, address relationship challenges and difficulties, and/or adjust to life changes.
