I have three years of experience as a school therapist, where I help students learn to manage their emotions appropriately to be successful in school and life post graduation. I am known for building strong and positive therapeutic relationships and have been successful in teaching children, adolescents, and young adults healthy coping skills while using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including strengths-based, trauma informed, client-centered, mindfulness techniques, and Solution-Focused therapy. I have worked with children, adolescents, and young adults who have been diagnosed with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, DMDD, Conduct Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, PTSD, and more. I see clients ages 9 to early 20’s.
