Your Video Visit – Simple Steps
You do NOT need an account.
1️⃣ Click the link we send you
(From text or email) Under Therapist you see on Website
2️⃣ Type your name
First name and last name
Then click Continue
3️⃣ Click “Allow”
Allow camera and microphone
4️⃣ Sit and wait
You will see a message that says “Please wait”
This is correct.
5️⃣ The provider will appear
When the screen changes, your visit has started.
If something goes wrong:
Please Call the office for further assistance.
