Shay has been a devoted member of the Lifespan Behavioral Health Services team since 2014. With experience ranging from healthcare administration, patient care advocacy and patient intake to medical assisting; she has thrived in the healthcare field for over 12 years. Shay presents fluent expertise in most administrative skills and applies her abilities to help pilot innovative ideas, cultivate operations and build the administrative LSBH team. As the Assistant Operations Manager, Shay directly oversees the administrative staff and acts as the Lead Patient Care Advocate for all three office locations.
