My passion for helping others has been shaped through a diverse range of experiences supporting individuals across the lifespan. I earned my Master of Social Work from Simmons University and am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Maryland. My clinical training includes providing psychosocial support to individuals impacted by cancer through individual therapy and integrative navigation services. In this role, I conducted intake assessments, supported therapeutic groups, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. I also have experience working with adolescents in a therapeutic group home setting and providing behavioral interventions to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This experience strengthened my ability to meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective to create a safe, supportive environment for growth and healing. I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions, and I value building a collaborative therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy and respect. When working with clients, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported, whether they are seeking short-term guidance or longer-term care. I welcome ages 13 and up.
