I have a true passion for social work and helping others during difficult times. My goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space to process challenges and empower clients to use their strengths to make changes in their lives and reach their goals. I build a genuine rapport with clients, which naturally leads to successful therapy.
Because I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, I utilize a combination of client-centered, strengths and evidence-based approaches to tailor sessions to fit the needs of each client. I work with clients, ages 18 and older, and have a background working with many populations in different settings around the world on issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, military life, parenting, life changes and more.
