Jennifer was raised in Hawaii where she has truly understood the meaning of Aloha and customer service. She started as a receptionist in a private nursing and rehabilitation center, learning about medical coding and jargon. Then moved to Viva Las Vegas, where she started as front office staff and learned about insurances, scheduling multiple doctors for multiple locations, referrals, authorizations and assisting patient to see out of state specialists. She is a welcoming voice when you call the billing department.
Jennifer enjoys cooking with friends and family. Some of her favorite pastimes are reading sci-fi books, watching documentaries and listening to music of all generations and genres.
